Founder Friday "How to Guide" Inside!

Hello, my incredible Hairbrella family,

I hope this email finds you well and filled with excitement for some splashing fun!

So, before I get to the "How To Guide" for the swim cap, I've got a quick personal story to tell. 😅

For more than a decade, I've lived in an awesome East Atlanta neighborhood, with a gorgeous pool right at our fingertips.🏖️

But guess what?

I never got a membership.😐

Why, you ask?

Because I knew the hair struggle would be too real, and I wouldn't be able to swim often enough for it to be worth it. 💸

Dealing with post-swim hair was a real deal-breaker, and it kept me away from the pool on most occasions except rare vacations. 😢

Post beach swim hair circa 2018. Detangling was a nightmare

But guess what?

I've finally done it! 🎉

I took the plunge and got myself that pool membership! 😎 (I told my HOA manager to prepare to be sick-a-me! 🏊🏽‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️😆)

Thanks to our swim cap, I can now enjoy a swim on any given day without a worry!

And while I knew that having a swim cap that actually works would be a game changer, I didn't expect that I'd want to swim so much more.

Truly feels like a new lease on my summer life. 🌈
I believe everyone deserves this amazing freedom to swim without any hassle. And with the record breaking heat lately, it couldn't have come at a better time! 🌞🥵

As they continue to arrive to you guys, I want to make sure you get the most out of your swim cap, so I've whipped up a little How-To Guide:

🌟 How to put on the Hairbrella swim cap:

1. Press the button on the clasp to open it.

2. Gather your hair into a low ponytail or bun.

3. Pop the cap on at the back of your head, then pull it forward over your hair.

4. Tuck in any straggly hairs to keep it all secure.

5. Fasten the clasp until it goes "click" (that's the sound of confidence).

6. To avoid any trapped air shenanigans, give the cap a little press down on the crown.

7. Now, for the finishing touch, pull those rubber straps in opposite directions for 3-5 seconds, and voilà! You're swim-ready and water-resistant! 🌊

Also, I wanted to say thank you for making our launch a huge success!

We are already on our third shipment due to demand and the feedback from you all has been absolutely amazing! 🥰

I can't tell you how thrilled I am that you love it as much as I do! 😍

🚿 Post-Swim Care:

Rinse your Hairbrella Swim Cap with cold water and let it air dry naturally. It'll be ready for your next aquatic adventure in no time! 🌬️💨

📏 Sizes:

For Kids: Yes! Kids 10+ wear the standard size comfortably. Kids under 10 and toddler sizes are coming soon! 😉

Meet Liana. She's 6 and modeling the adult classic. It works well, but the kids size will be even better! Coming soon.

For Extensions, Braids and Locs: Absolutely! The model below is wearing the classic size, but if you have thicker braids or locs, the XL will be the perfect fit.
