  • During peak seasons (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take a bit longer.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–4 business days.
  • Expedited options (UPS, USPS) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide using trusted carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes (paid by recipient).

Wrong Address or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, we’ll refund your order minus shipping costs.

Will I have to pay duties/taxes?

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package ships.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Email us immediately at support@hairbrella.com. If the order has shipped and is returned, we’ll refund minus shipping costs.
