With Mother’s Day around the corner, I’ve been thinking a lot about the women who shaped us…
the ones who showed up, covered us, and made everything feel possible—even when it wasn’t.

For me, that’s my mom.

My mother’s ability to wear so many hats effortlessly has always astounded me…

She worked in corporate America for 17 years before stepping into full-time ministry with my father—balancing life as a wife, mother, music director, all while traveling to speak across the country.

And somehow… she made it all look seamless.

And she didn't just say it... she lived it.

Not only was she an incredibly supportive mom 100% of the time…

She taught me everything she knew about faith, resilience, and showing up fully.

And she made sure my sister and I knew we could accomplish anything.

No backup plan. Just belief.

She's truly my rock!

And somewhere along the way… I realized something.

The same instinct she had—to show up, to protect, to make life a little easier—

That’s exactly what I built Hairbrella to do.

Mother’s Day quietly became one of the biggest moments in our business.

Not because we planned it that way—but because you did.

We started noticing a pattern:

Customers weren’t just shopping for themselves…

they were shopping for their moms.

And not just as a “nice gift”—but as something she’d actually use.

That’s when it clicked for me:

Hairbrella isn’t just a product. It’s a gesture.

A way to say, “I see you. I appreciate you. I’ve got you covered—just like you’ve always had me.”

Turns out… I’m not the only one.
